Oh, I already describe the progress of construction, but forgot to acquaint the curious reader with the project. So what am I building here? And I'm building, no less, a two-storey modular cottage, with completely autonomous life support systems. Two-story - it's understandable. Modular - consisting of modules that can be quickly and easily rebased. I did not know all the risks of the project at that time, so I preferred to have a spare option in case of, say, the demolition of garages, problems with the environment, etc. There would be problems - loaded the modules with a crane in two trucks and moved to another site. Completely autonomous life support systems means complete freedom from all centralized communications and "bindings" to a certain place, using only own and imported resources and, therefore, to no one in any way obligated. My project was impeccable, including legally: the site was allocated to me as a member of a garage cooperative (which is documented), I will install two modules on it, without foundation, on the ground, which are essentially steel cubes (this is the permitted use of the site). I have documents on the dice and their contents. These laws can not apply to any laws relating to real estate or housing (since they are simply not either one or the other). The combustion chamber is completely isolated from the room, so even in the worst (almost unbelievable) case, the gas will not penetrate the room, but will escape through the pipe and dissipate. I'm pumping furniture. I make the bed. If you can not solve this issue - it's not a residential cottage, but just a heated barn. The problem with the sink is solved simply - I use a time-tested, "village" system. It should be noted that I was born and raised in the countryside, so I do not experience a cultural shock, when I see the washstand. Advantages of the washstand are its simplicity and super-economy in the consumption of water. In the end, the first 17 years of my life I used only a washstand, millions of Russian villagers and summer residents are still using them, and no one complains. There are dozens of ready-made solutions - from an elementary plastic bottle and bucket to biotoilets of different designs, shapes and volumes. My parking space (and even a few), right under the window, was always free. I did not have noisy neighbors, guitarists and drunks did not gather under the window. In a word, I lived in an idyllic, not feeling any problems that bother Muscovites. My neighbors (and appearing only in the afternoon) were the owners of garages and workers of various car-care centers, in abundance located on the territory. Excellent men, often surpassing me in directness, experience and enthusiasm. The only difference is that their enthusiasm for a variety of transport, and my - building a house. I'm also interested in auto technology, but my Toyota, being very reliable, did not often spoil me with the opportunity to show my ability to repair it. The safety instructions for the use of gas appliances have been recomputed several times. But we have to break it for more complete gas production from cylinders. Spare exits are cleaned of snow. To suffocate, explode or burn in my plans is not included. Break through. For heating the house, during the year, it is required to burn 17 cylinders of propane. On this my story comes to a happy end. For 5 years of life in this house, I saved about one and a half million rubles for renting housing, thereby greatly accelerating the process of accumulating the funds necessary to buy a Moscow apartment. Adding to the savings money from selling my apartment in the castle N-sk, I bought an excellent apartment in a beautiful place in Moscow, 7 minutes walk from the metro. Therefore, in July 2013, I moved from the house to my new apartment. A year later I plan to finish the repair in it, and considering the planned repair budget (many times exceeding the budget of the experiment described above) and my enthusiasm for this business - the result promises to be terrific!
