1. Remove the skins from the onions and grind them using a blender or meat grinder, since this is the technique that will make it possible to prepare juicy cutlets.

3. Combine minced veal and chopped onion.


4. Add a couple of tablespoons of oat bran, salt, finely chopped dill and pepper to the prepared mass.
